Product Label Generator: Create and Download as PNG or PDF

Download as PDF and print on standard A4 adhesive paper (available at office supply stores). The PDF arranges multiple copies to save paper. For PNG printing, open it on your phone or computer and print, adjusting the size manually.

For small products (jewelry, cosmetics, packaged food): 50x30mm. For clothing and shoes: 70x40mm. For larger products with more information: 100x50mm or 100x70mm. The preview updates in real time so you can check before downloading.

Yes. If you already have the product's EAN-13 (printed on the original packaging or generated with GeraCode), just type the 12 or 13 digits. The generator validates the check digit automatically. If the code is invalid, an error message appears before generating the label.

Yes. Labels are generated at high resolution (8px/mm, equivalent to 200 DPI). For shelf and counter use, the quality is suitable with any inkjet or laser printer. For print shops and industrial label printers, download the PNG and import it into the printer's software.

Yes. The generator works on mobile and desktop, in any modern browser. PDF and PNG downloads work normally on Android (Chrome) and iPhone (Chrome or Safari).

Not yet — the generator doesn't support logo upload. You can add a QR Code with your store or social media link as a visual identity element on the label instead.
